These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between users and the service provider regarding the use of all services provided by VORA (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").
The Service provides browser-based speech recognition and AI analysis features. All functions are executed within the browser.
1. The use of VORA Service itself is free; however, costs incurred from the usage of the Google Gemini API key entered by the user are billed to the user.
2. For users of Google Gemini API paid plans, the service provider assumes no responsibility for charges incurred from API calls. Users must regularly monitor their API usage and limits.
1. The Service operates in a 'Serverless' manner and does not store users' voice or text data on its own servers.
2. Data entered by users is transmitted to Google Gemini servers for AI analysis. Data processing and security in this case follow the terms of the Google API plan (free/paid) selected by the user.
3. Users must be aware of the security level of the API plan they have chosen when handling meetings containing sensitive information, and the service provider is not responsible for information exposure issues arising from this.
1. The performance of the Service (speech recognition accuracy and speaker identification) is absolutely affected by the user's microphone quality, ambient noise level, speaker's pronunciation and voice volume, and other audio environment factors.
2. The service provider is not responsible for recognition errors occurring in low-quality microphone usage or noisy environments. For optimal results, we recommend using a high-quality microphone in a quiet environment.
This Service does not guarantee 100% accuracy of speech recognition results, and users are responsible for decisions and legal/economic losses arising from AI analysis results.
1. Users are responsible for securely managing their Google Gemini API keys.
2. API keys are stored only in the user's browser local storage and are not transmitted to any server other than Google.
3. The service provider is not responsible for costs or damages incurred from API key leakage or misuse.
1. The Service is provided "as-is" and the service provider does not guarantee continuous availability.
2. The Service may be temporarily suspended due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
3. The service provider is not liable for damages arising from service interruptions.
1. The service provider may modify these terms as necessary.
2. Modified terms will be announced through the Service website and will take effect 7 days after announcement.
3. If users continue to use the Service after the effective date of modified terms, they are deemed to have agreed to the changes.
