Frequently Asked Questions

Check out the questions about using the VORA service.

General Service
Is sign-up really not required?
Yes, that's correct. VORA does not have a separate sign-up or login process to minimize user inconvenience. You can use all features for free immediately upon accessing the website.
How much does the service cost?
VORA service is provided without separate subscription fees. Because it is structured to utilize browser built-in technology and the user's personal API key, you do not need to pay any separate subscription or usage fees to us.
Security & Privacy
Are meeting contents saved on the server?
No. VORA aims for a 'Serverless Architecture'. Your voice and transcribed text data only exist in the browser's memory and are destroyed immediately upon refreshing or closing the page. No meeting records remain on our servers.
Is the Gemini API key I entered safe?
The API key you enter is stored encrypted only in your browser's local storage (LocalStorage). This key is not transmitted to our servers and is only used when communicating with Google Gemini servers.
Technology & Performance
How do you correct technical terms so accurately?
Two core logics work together. First, a primary filtering is done based on the **'Priority Recognition Terms'** set by the user. Second, meeting summaries generated in real-time are passed back to the AI through an **'Intelligent Feedback Loop'**. Based on these summaries, the AI understands the professional context of the current meeting and corrects the transcription results, showing overwhelmingly higher accuracy than simple transcription tools.
How does the AI remember the entire flow of the meeting?
Continuously sending all text from a long meeting to the AI slows down processing speed and increases costs. VORA uses **'Summary Re-injection'** technology to solve this. By utilizing periodically generated core summary data as the AI's 'short-term memory', the AI can maintain a consistent context even during meetings lasting several hours, answering questions and correcting typos.
How do I change the recognition language?
Currently, Korean, English, Japanese, and Chinese are officially supported. You can flexibly respond to multi-language meeting environments by changing the language in the settings window.
What should I do if AI answers are not generated?
Please check if the Gemini API key was entered correctly. Also, temporary delays may occur due to Google's Rate Limit policy. Please check the 'Gemini API Queue' status in the admin control center.
